1. Open cap of box for battery beneath the KRC and insert battery.
    You must turn off the power before you change the battery.
    Make sure to use 9V 1.5A when you use adapter after removing battery.

2. Press the power button and check whether the controller box is working after connecting.
    If you press the power button, you would have seen
    ¡°Welcome RitLab¡± and ¡°Program STOP¡± on the LCD window.
   

3. Connect the module needed for robot to appropriate port and ensure the status of the connection.

4. Connect the download cable for downloading program made by computer.

5. Download the program.
    If you¡¯d like to know how to download, please refer to the software manual.    
    Remove the cable for download and press the button ¡°Run/Stop¡± after downloading.
    You can see ¡°Program RUN¡± on LCD window and the robot is working by the program.
   

6. If you¡¯d like to stop the program, press the button ¡°Run/Stop¡± once again.

7. Press the button ¡°Select¡± with status of ¡°Program STOP¡± to check
    the configured value of infrared sensor and CDS.
    Whenever you press the button ¡°Select¡±,
    it will be changed ¡°program STOP¡± -> ¡°ADC1¡± -> ¡°ADC2¡± -> ¡°ADC3¡± -> ¡°ADC4¡± -> ¡°program STOP¡±
    as bellows.
   

    The button ¡°Run/Stop¡± is working for Program mode only.
    Each mode for ADC will be shown appropriate configured value of infrared sensor.
    Usually the configured value is between 0 and 255, it will be 255 without any sensors.

<Solution to a problem>
1. If the program is not able to be downloaded.
    - Make sure download cables are connected to each port of PC and KRC.
    - Check the power switch on the LCD window.

2. If the robot with program downloaded is not running.
    - Check the LCD is showing ¡°Program¡± and the button ¡°Run/Stop¡± is pressed with program mode.
    - Check all cables needed are connected exactly.
    - Check each icons are arranged correctly on the KaiLab.
    - Check the structure of frame(robot) is defective.

3. If the motor is not running.
- Check the battery and change. - DC Motor won¡¯t be running well, if you are low on batteries.

<Notice>
1. All programs must be downloaded with sign ¡°Program STOP¡± on LCD.
2. Do not press button ¡°Run/Stop¡± and ¡°Select¡± or power off while downloading.
3. Make sure all cables needed are connected exactly.
4. Please remove the batteries, if you¡¯d like to use adapter.
5. Keep drying. 6. Do not drop and disassemble.
